Great businesses are not built by extraordinary people but by ordinary people doing extraordinary things." Michael Gerber
Our Consulting Methodology reflects our Business Concept namely that the whole business comprises Business Building Elements.
The Business Building Cycle we propose necessitates:
- Clarity of long term Owner Goals and Primary Aims for the coming year
- Consideration of how these are to be achieved with regard to the Elements
- Documentation of the agreed Plan of action
- Reduction of the Plan to an Action Program
- Implementation of the Action Program
- Regular review of business performance and the Action Program and
- Ongoing problem solving and validation to reflect a changing environment.
The term Cycle implies the process is ongoing and therefore the Plan and its implementation is a 'living' and vital part of the business management process. Our working relationship with clients typically evidences our involvement in all 7 steps of this process.
Importantly, whilst all of the Elements must be given due consideration at all times, depending on the business life some may warrant greater focus from one year to the next.
Integral to what we do is to undertake a Business Health Assessment. This occurs in conjunction with the owner(s) for the purpose of agreeing the Elements in need of most focus and energy. The outcomes of the Business Health Assessment are enmeshed in the Business Building Cycle program.
Put simply, we use a simple concept and approach that is nonetheless comprehensive and customised to suit individual businesses, individual management styles, the way an owner(s) wishes to run their business and their current priorities.
To assist a client with their specific needs requires of us to render a mix of services i.e. those suited to the purpose. Our range of 'services' of necessity is comprehensive and outlined in our flowchart.
Please feel free to contact us for a chat about your specific issues related to these questions or others. We will be happy to help you build a great business.
