We use a simple concept and approach that is comprehensive and customised to your business, your management style, your current circumstances, and the way you want to run your business.
The Shalom Business Concept is simple, but it requires the considerable skill and resources that we will bring to a working relationship with you. It proposes that your whole business comprises component parts that we call Business Building Elements. The following pie chart identifies these elements. Click on an element to learn more.
Shalom's consulting methodology reflects these Business Building Elements; and recognises all of which are integrated and interdependent.
The Business Building Cycle we propose necessitates:
1. Clarity of owner goals longer term and Primary Aims for the coming 12 months
2. Consideration of how these Goals and Primary Aims are to be achieved with due regard to each of the Business Building Elements
3. Documentation of the agreed Plan of action
4. Reduction of the Plan to an Action Program
5. Implementation of the Action Program
6. Regular review of business performance and the Action Program and
7. Ongoing problem solving and validation of the Plan to reflect a changing environment.
Integral to what we do is to undertake a Business Health Assessment. This is undertaken in conjunction with you for the purpose of agreeing the Elements in need of most focus and energy.

The information below gives an explanation of each element and identification of some services we can offer your business in order for it to grow and prosper.
